Ignite Fitness is owned by Frank and Alexis Lech, who have been serving the Apex community as personal trainers since 2005. From the very beginning, we’ve believed in the power of personal connection and individual care. While much of the fitness industry has shifted toward one-size-fits-all group classes, we’ve always valued the deeper results and stronger relationships that come from one-on-one training. That extra attention to detail not only helps our clients succeed, but has shaped us into better coaches year after year.

What began as a dream became a reality in 2017, when we opened our current studio in Apex. Since then, we’ve had the joy of watching Ignite evolve into something far greater than just a gym. Today, we’re proud to work alongside a team of 16 talented trainers – each with their own style and personality, but all united by our values: honesty, thoughtful programming, and motivation through positive encouragement. Watching this team grow, and seeing the trust our community has placed in us, has been one of the most rewarding parts of our journey.

Our facility reflects that same commitment: state-of-the-art equipment, clean design, and a supportive environment that welcomes everyone – from teens to seniors, beginners to seasoned athletes. We’re relentless about learning, improving, and raising the bar for what a training studio can be.

We also believe in keeping things simple and fair. Our clear, pay-as-you-go pricing gives you maximum flexibility: no contracts, no cancellation penalties, no hidden fees. We want you to train with us because you’re getting results and enjoying the process, not because you’re locked into fine print.

Most importantly, Ignite Fitness has always been about people.
