Our performance enhancement sessions are designed to build your athletic abilities to their fullest potential by implementing evidence-based training practices. Depending on the nature of your sport, you can expect your speed, agility, power, strength, and flexibility to soar. We will conduct thorough and repeated testing batteries to track progress and identify areas that require improvement. Our facility is fully equipped with the tools needed to bring your athleticism to the next level, including technologies from BlazePod and VALD Performance.
To start your training, you will first attend a Free Athlete Consultation with Nicki, our Head Sports Performance Coach. She will perform a Sport-Needs Analysis, Training History Analysis, and Postural and Stability Assessments.
Then, you will attend an Advanced Assessment session, where you will be evaluated based on your top goals and sport demands. Testing batteries may include measurements of:
- Maximum Power
- Maximum Jump Height
- Agility and Change of Direction
- Acceleration and Linear Speed
- Maximum Strength
- Muscular Endurance
- Anaerobic Capacity
- Aerobic Capacity
Our cutting-edge technology from VALD, including SmartSpeed Gates and ForceDecks, allows us to evaluate specific data regarding your performance to compare with others in your age group and sport and provide a baseline for future testing. We retest as frequently as every 6 weeks to ensure effective programming.
