Fully Transparent Pricing

Ignite Fitness does not require bulk purchases or memberships for personal training.

Our “pay-as-you-go” flat rates allow our customers to choose how often they train with us, WITHOUT requiring a long-term commitment or penalizing them with higher fees if they cannot visit as frequently as they’d like.

However, If you prefer to prepay in advance for any number of sessions, they never expire and a refund for unused sessions is always available.

We offer 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions at a flat rate of $68/hour, and couples sessions at $99/hr ($49.50 per person).

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT

The first step is to schedule a free 30-minute consultation with one of our personal trainers (if you are an athlete seeking to improve sports performance, schedule an “athlete consultation” with our head sports performance coach, Nicki).

It is recommended to choose a time for your consultation that is close to the time you wish to train (if you book an evening slot for your consultation, but plan to train in the mornings, it is likely the trainer will not be able to accommodate those morning times). If you do not see the time you need available, please feel free to contact us.

At your consultation, we’ll discuss your goals and exercise history and you will have the opportunity to ask us your health and fitness questions.

After learning your goals, we’ll guide you through a few movement assessments that will help us design a program specific to your current abilities. Then we can plan a schedule according to your needs and availability. Most clients see us on a recurring basis for 1-3 sessions each week.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I get started with personal training?

Click Schedule Appointment, then select Free Consultation. This is a complimentary 30-minute meeting with a trainer where we’ll review your fitness and health history, discuss your goals and availability, and complete a brief movement assessment. This helps your trainer design a starting point for your fitness plan and ensures the trainer is a good fit for you.

How should I choose a trainer?

If your top priority is scheduling, book your consultation at a time close to when you’d like to train – this makes it more likely that trainer is available. If you care most about training style or specialties, you can browse our trainers’ profiles on this website to find the best match. Don’t see the time you need? Contact us directly and we’ll help connect you with the right trainer.

What should I expect from personal training at Ignite Fitness?

Your trainer will create safe, effective workouts based on your fitness level, goals and availability. Personal training includes individualized programming, in-session coaching and light support between sessions (e.g., scheduling or quick questions). Occasionally, your trainer may share a simple routine for you to repeat at home as a courtesy. If you’d like structured at-home workouts or detailed programming beyond your sessions, we can create those for an additional cost.

If I have a limitation or injury, can I still hire a trainer?

Absolutely! All of our trainers are experienced in modifying workouts for injuries and limitations. If you have a specific concern, call us at 919-267-5143 and we’ll pair you with a trainer who makes you feel confident and supported.

How should I prepare for my free consultation?

Complete your health history forms and liability waiver (sent via confirmation email and text) before your appointment to save time. Wear comfortable clothes that allow light movement.

How quickly will I see results from personal training?

Results vary depending on your current fitness, goals, consistency, and other lifestyle factors like nutrition and recovery. Most beginners who train at least 2–3x per week notice strength improvements within 4–6 weeks. Weight loss or body composition changes typically require additional nutrition and lifestyle support outside the gym.

Do you provide nutrition guidance?

Our trainers are not registered dietitians, but some hold additional certifications in nutrition coaching. All trainers can provide general nutrition guidance to support your fitness and general health. For more in-depth nutrition coaching, choose a trainer with advanced certifications – you can use part of your session time or schedule additional sessions for nutrition focus. For medical conditions or specialized diets, we recommend working with a Registered Dietitian.
