Based on my experience and training, I have the ability to accommodate clients using a variety of techniques. I specialize in metabolic conditioning drills, strength training, flexibility training, olympic lifting and yoga. I will work with you to ensure you are comfortable with your training and able to achieve your goals.
During my consultation, I inform my weight-loss clients that they will weigh-in 4 weeks after our start date. That’s 4 weeks to show me and to show themselves how serious they are about their weight loss goals. Physiological changes can be achieved in 4 weeks time (all other things considered) if you are following the guidelines we discuss during the consultation. By tracking your progress this keeps us both accountable to your success.
As a former Drill Sergeant of the United States Army Reserves and someone who also served in the United States Marine Corps, I draw on those experiences to help my clients achieve their goals through teamwork and encouragement. I make it a point to really listen to my clients so I can give them what they need as well as what they want. I really strive to find the balance between those two things. The sincerity with which I do so makes each training session more than just that. It is our time to grow as trainer and client. This time is special and important and it has helped me establish long lasting relationships with my clients. I look forward to working with you.
