Johnnie Strickland coaches all of the kickboxing classes at Ignite Fitness. You can begin by scheduling a free initial consultation with Johnnie and leaving a note that you are interested in kickboxing. These classes are charged and scheduled as regular 30, 45, or 60 minute personal training sessions.

We most often work with those who are interested in boxing or kickboxing and want to learn the fundamentals without joining (or before joining) an MMA gym. Many of our regular customers are also interested in adding some type of boxing or striking to their workouts as a more enjoyable way to increase their conditioning. 

Kickboxing classes include:

  • An introduction to Kickboxing/Muay Thai
  • Skill and fitness assessment
  • Learn and execute basic Kickboxing/Muay Thai strikes and defense tactics
  • Use basic combat equipment such as Thai bags, Tier bags, mitts, and pads
  • Youth/Mom/Dad-friendly classes
  • NO GEAR/NO PROBLEM

    Customer-First Pricing

    At Ignite Fitness, there is no minimum purchase or membership required to receive the best rate (you are not penalized with higher fees if you cannot visit us as much as you’d like). If you prefer to prepay for a number of sessions, they never expire and a refund for unused sessions is always available.   

    We offer 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions at a flat rate of $60/hour, and couples sessions at $84/hr ($42 per person).
