After 13 years of training out of the Brook Arbor Fitness Center, Alexis and I are excited to announce that we will be opening a second location in Apex, NC!
Ignite Fitness will open mid-September and feature the same great personal training, with carefully chosen equipment to accommodate everyone from the complete beginner to the strongest athlete, allowing everyone to reach their potential safely and effectively.
Our new address will be 414 Upchurch St, Ste 001 Apex NC 27502 (entrance is in the back of the building).
No photos are available yet, but our 1900 square foot studio will feature:
- Free weight equipment, including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.
- Specialty bars to accommodate those with mobility restrictions and add variety for advanced lifters and athletes.
- Two Power Racks
- Olympic Lifting Platform
- Pit Shark Belt Squat Machine – A great piece of equipment to build strength without loading the spine.
- Cybex Bravo Pro Functional Trainer – one of the most versatile functional trainers on the market

We absolutely cannot wait to get everything set up and open to the public. We will still offer personal training and classes at Brook Arbor, and as always, you can see our availability and schedule appointments online.
