I’ve worked mainly with Alexis who has listened to my needs and supported my goals while also pushing me to my capacity. I trust her completely as she is clear in what she has me do and why. I have learned a lot. She has helped me rehab my shoulder and revised our workouts to support me during that time. We’ve done everything from weight lifting to boxing to yoga.
