I have been training with Alexis for almost 4 years and I absolutely love it! I’m not great at motivating myself to work out and Alexis has been the perfect fit for me. She knows when to push me and when to not push too hard. We do a variety of exercises from weightlifting to cardio to incorporating yoga and it always keeps me engaged and never dreading working out.
I broke my foot a couple years ago and she came up with workouts that I could still do while I was healing and helped me improve my mobility after the boot came off.
